Website Design and Development
Branding and Digital Communication
Content Creation and Digital Advertising Support
The scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be agreed upon with the client before the commencement of each project.
Any service not specifically included in the agreed proposal or package will be treated as an additional service and may incur extra charges.
Clients must provide all necessary information and materials required for the project, including business details, logos, text, images, videos, product information, prices, offers, contact details, and other relevant references.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all materials provided to ADX Media are accurate, lawful, and authorized for use.
Delays in providing content, approvals, feedback, or other required information may affect project timelines and delivery schedules.
Service fees will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.
Advance payments, milestone payments, and remaining balances will follow the agreed payment terms.
Additional work or revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Third-party expenses, including domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, paid tools, advertising budgets, stock assets, and subscriptions, are excluded unless specifically included in the proposal.
Work may be paused if agreed payments are overdue, subject to the applicable agreement.
Any applicable taxes will be charged as required by law.
ADX Media aims to deliver creative work according to the approved brief and agreed requirements.
Clients should review and approve designs, videos, captions, and other deliverables before publication or final use.
The number of revisions included will depend on the agreed package or proposal.
For video editing, clients may request up to two rounds of revisions after delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
New concepts, major changes, or requests outside the original brief may be treated as additional work.
Client approval of a design or content confirms acceptance of the supplied version.
ADX Media is not responsible for errors in content, prices, offers, contact details, or other information that the client has approved.
Social media services depend on the selected package and agreed deliverables.
ADX Media does not guarantee specific numbers of followers, likes, views, leads, sales, reach, or engagement, as these depend on multiple factors beyond our control.
Social media platforms may change their algorithms, policies, features, or advertising requirements at any time.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their business activities, products, claims, and supplied content comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
ADX Media follows SEO practices intended to improve website visibility and search performance.
However, search engine rankings and organic traffic depend on factors including competition, search engine algorithms, website condition, content quality, and external factors.
ADX Media does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or a fixed timeline for SEO results.
Website development deliverables, features, integrations, and timelines will be defined in the agreed proposal.
Domain, hosting, email, premium themes, plugins, and third-party services are included only when expressly stated.
Clients must provide accurate website content and verify it before launch.
Changes beyond the approved scope may require additional payment and time.
Third-party tools and integrations are subject to their own terms, pricing, availability, and technical limitations.
Ongoing maintenance, security monitoring, backups, and updates are included only when specified in the selected package or a separate agreement.
Once the website is handed over, the client is responsible for maintaining access credentials securely and managing ongoing services not covered by ADX Media.
Advertising campaign management and advertising budgets are separate from other services unless expressly included in the agreed package.
Advertising platforms may reject ads, restrict accounts, change policies, or modify campaign delivery.
ADX Media does not guarantee sales, leads, conversions, or return on advertising spend. Advertising budgets and platform charges are generally payable by the client.
Clients retain ownership of materials they provide, subject to any third-party rights.
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership or usage rights for final approved deliverables will be governed by the agreed proposal or contract and applicable law.
Third-party fonts, stock images, templates, software, plugins, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licence terms.
ADX Media retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, processes, templates, and know-how unless otherwise agreed in writing.
ADX Media may display completed work in its portfolio or promotional materials only where permitted by the client agreement and applicable law.
ADX Media will take reasonable steps to protect confidential business information shared by clients and use it only for legitimate project-related purposes, subject to applicable law.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
Clients should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information or payment credentials through unsecured channels.
Our services may involve third-party platforms, hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, software, or social media networks.
ADX Media is not responsible for outages, service interruptions, policy changes, pricing changes, or failures caused by third-party providers, except to the extent required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ADX Media will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, including loss of profits, business opportunities, rankings, or anticipated sales.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
Either party may request termination of an ongoing engagement in accordance with the agreed service contract.
Fees for work completed, approved expenses, and non-refundable third-party costs may remain payable, subject to the agreed contract and applicable law.
Any refund, cancellation charge, or notice period will be governed by the applicable proposal, service agreement, or written terms agreed by both parties.
ADX Media may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements.
Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Changes will apply as permitted by applicable law and any existing agreement.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
